I am the owner/Chef, I have created this catering company for you and for all your culinary desires. A little bit about me, I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Science. I received my Master's Certification in Italian Cuisine from the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria Italy. I competed in regional, state, and national competitions for culinary arts and baking, and pastry. I am currently a chef instructor teaching high school students the love and passion it takes to succeed in the Culinary Industry.
