I am the owner/Chef, I have created this catering company for you and for all your culinary desires. A little bit about me, I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Science. I received my Master's Certification in Italian Cuisine from the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria Italy. I competed in regional, state, and national competitions for culinary arts and baking, and pastry. I am currently a chef instructor teaching high school students the love and passion it takes to succeed in the Culinary Industry. AS Catered for You offers large platters, hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, homemade pasta, decorated cookies, cupcakes/cake pops, specialized cakes, and much more! You will have the option for pickup, delivery, or preparation right in your home! Do not hesitate to reach out for any inquiries big or small.
